Danielle McCarron

Danielle McCarron is a clinician, consultant, and thought leader specializing in burnout prevention, mental health, and addiction recovery. As Chief Clinical Director at Canadian Addiction Treatment Centres, she has overseen four residential treatment programs, developing innovative and effective inpatient and virtual care. Danielle is the Co-Founder of Alignix Consulting, where she develops evidence-based programs for healthcare workers, lawyers, and organizational leaders to recover from burnout and realign with their values. She has designed national youth programs, led large-scale operational reviews in Canada, the U.S., and the U.K., and regularly speaks on trauma, leadership culture, and resilience at international conferences including the London Workshop on Addictive Disorders and the West Coast Symposium. With an MBA in Sustainability and doctoral research underway, Danielle brings both clinical expertise and systems-level insight to advancing mental health and suicide prevention.
