Jessica Radican
Jess Radican is the Principal Statewide Peer (Lived Experience) Workforce Officer at the NSW Ministry of Health. Jess applies her lived experience to inform policy, programs, workforce development and strategic direction for the NSW Health Peer Workforce. She been a peer worker, educator and lived experience leader for 15 years across NSW Health, Community Managed Organisations, Digital Mental Health Services and the NSW Rural Fire Service. Most recently, she led the finalisation and publication of Elevating Lived Experience Expertise: A Framework for the NSW Health Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Peer (Lived Experience) Workforce (2025).
