Luke M Randall

Luke Randall is an advocate, social worker, and community coach who blends professional training as a clinician with lived experience to create change in suicide prevention, mental health, and inclusion. After beginning his career in clinical practice, he shifted focus back toward advocacy and advisory work. Stepping into public speaking, with the commitment to making systems more human-first. He created Lived Not Labelled as a platform for accessible mental health education that combines practical strategies with intentional storytelling. Luke sees lived experience as a powerful tool when paired with formal education, and he values standing alongside young people and the next generation as they make waves for suicide prevention out of adverse events. His work centres on protecting and sustaining lived experience voices in suicide prevention spaces from unsafe practices and tokenism.
