Deborah Howe
Deborah Howe is the Mental Health Network Manager at the Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI), where she leads statewide efforts to improve mental health care delivery and integration across New South Wales. In this role, Deborah works closely with clinicians, consumers, and system partners to co-design evidence-informed models of care that enhance quality, equity, and outcomes.
Her leadership focuses on key priorities such as suicide prevention, trauma-informed care, and strengthening governance and workforce capability. Deborah has played a pivotal role in developing critical resources, including the NSW Suicide Care Pathway and the Trauma-Informed Care Framework for Change, which support reform and best practice in public mental health services.
With a strong background in research and evaluation, Deborah brings a commitment to evidence-based practice and collaborative innovation. She is passionate about promoting mental health through prevention and early intervention, and ensuring culturally safe, inclusive care for diverse communities across NSW.
